The Heart of Texas Music Society began in 2024, building on the legacy of the Heart of Texas Orchestra. We also launched the Heart of Texas Chorale in 2024 to use music in support of other organizations.
Our May 2024 concert raised funds for Joseph’s Hammer to help build a chapel at the Burnet women’s prison. Our community’s generosity amazed us and created a meaningful impact through those donations.
This year we are partnering with the San Antonio Youth Chorale, a nonprofit choir for young singers in the San Antonio area. Together, we raise funds and share meaningful music experiences. Read more about them HERE.
